Commissioner AIM: Doc Caudill

No running up of the score if you are leading by 21 points with a minute to go be respectful to your opponent. Just run out the clock. This will result in an immediate expelsion from the league and blackballed.

No burning of the clock on kick offs and punt returns please.

The coin toss should not be skipped under any circumstances.

Unless injury Returners are not permitted to play HB UNLESS all other HBs are injuried.

WR or TE are now allowed to play at HB but can not run the ball unless it is a reverse or called play for WR.

HB,WR and TE are prefered to play their specified position unless you have a bunch of injuries and no one is left.

Use of DL is allowed. Lurching is not allowed. If you want to go after anyone behind the Line of Scrimmage as a DL you must either grapple with an OL or go around the far side of either Offensive Tackle.

DT and DE must play at their position. OLB and ILB must play their respected positions. CBs play CB.

DEs can be changed from Left to Right OLBs can swap Left to Right and ILBs can change inside. CB 1 and 2 can swap. FS and SS can swap also.

The use of 4th man down is only allowed on XP, you cannot use 4th man down on FG attempts.

The coach with possession of the ball is required for the defense to settle on his defender before snapping the ball.

Tackling a player in possession of the ball after he has entered the end zone or out of bounds is considered unsportsmanlike and is prohibited. This can result in a player losing his stats for that particular play and makes the commissioner grumpy and pisses him off.

With the exception to injury, a coach should only check conditions once per quarter. This is intended to uphold the flow of a game.

Playbook changes may occur 1 time per half UNLESS there is an injury.

Onside kicks are permitted anytime. However if leading by 14 points or more you must kick the ball back to the losing team.Onside kicks in overtime are prohibited.

An unintentional disconnect requires both players to start another game. but make sure you have saved the .sta file and the other .sta file for Dynastypile.

An intentional disconnect will result in the expulsion of the offending coach from TCA and blackballed permanately from TCA. It is considered immature, and will not be tolerated.

Any time after the game, while on the blue screen, hit the save button to save the state of the game.

Game film is REQUIRED . But all you have to do is post it when you do a writeup of your game played. No film could result in an ejection from the league.

Both players are required to have the film and the state file in their possession in case one of them have problems uploading a game result.

The winner of the game will be required to upload the state and gamefilm to the website.

HOW TO RECORD A GAME AND LABELING IT:
Before you connect...before you even pop up the games list box..."File" -> "Movie Player" -> "File". Make a name for it. (LEAGUE-WEEK-OPPONENT) EXAMPLE: (tcaWEEK1MIA-OK) Then connect and set up like normal. Then after coin toss, go back to that movie player and click "record". It's that easy. It will save as an .nsv file somewhere near where your states go.
If you can't connect or something and have to try again or play at other time, note that you have to start over by again making that movie file.

Please let us know if you need time away, its ok, its just a hobby, but vanishing without notice can result in expulsion from the league.
